In a recent revelation, Patrick McEnroe, the brother of tennis legend John McEnroe, shared his excitement on Twitter as his wife, the iconic Broadway actress Melissa Errico, revealed the star-studded guest lineup for her upcoming concerts at @54Below, scheduled from November 1st till 4th.

Melissa Errico’s tweet unveiled the details of the concerts, set to run at 7 pm each night and featuring a single captivating 75-minute set. Her announcement was met with great anticipation, not only by her devoted fans but also by her husband, Patrick, who couldn’t contain his eagerness.

His direct confession of “cannot wait” displayed the amount of enthusiasm the tennis star has for his wife’s work and allowed the audience a glimpse of his supportive side as a husband.

McEnroe reveals a moment when his wife supported him during his quarantine period

While the world world faced the wrath of the coronavirus pandemic, Patrick McEnroe was no exception. The legendary American player also suffered from the deadly virus, however, at the time when he needed the most, his wife stepped up and helped him while coping with tough times.

In an interview back then, McEnroe revealed how he was quarantined in the basement when he got to know about the virus. “When I got the fever, we figured I should self-quarantine in the basement,” told McEnroe in an interview. His wife also revealed that she, along with her daughter made the beds for him in the basement so that they can relax and recover.

“My symptoms were there but pretty mild,” he further said in the interview. “I spoke to my doctor and Melissa’s father, who is a doctor. Everybody was telling me I wasn’t sick enough to go to the hospital.” 

Thus, both Patrick and his wife have been equally supportive through the thicks and thins of life. While McEnroe could not contain his excitement with his wife being the star performer in the concert, he also thanked her for helping him through the toughest times in his life.
