Even though there are uncertainties regarding the comeback of these two players, it’s safe to say that the duo is equally excited to be back at the Laver Cup next year in order to engage fans with their game.
Coming to this year’s event at Boston, Team Europe easily dismissed Team World as the tournament got over after the former’s victory in the first match on the final day. Team World players did their best to keep all the matches as close as possible but faltered in match tie-breakers.
The John McEnroe-led team lost four match tie-breakers throughout the tournament and lost confidence as days progressed.
