Did Zverev really sabotage Shelton's Cincinnati experience, or is Shelton just making excuses?

A few days ago, Ben Shelton gave a glimpse of a stunning black car in a story on his Instagram account. Shelton asked the following question in its caption, “Which player got this car tho?“After seeing the poorly parked car, Shelton was heard saying, “Hey, I just wanna say. I just pulled into the parking garage at the hotel in Cincinnati and whoever’s got car No. 164, you should not have a license. I’m sorry, you shouldn’t be able to drive. This is a disgrace. I mean, look at this bruh. That’s outrageous. You should not be driving a car.”

Ever since that post came up, everyone wondered who was the driver of this beautiful car. Now, finally, after all the speculations, Shelton seems to have finally figured out two names behind this whole incident.

During his post-match interview after the first round at Cincinnati Masters, he said that it’s a disgrace that even after having a 360 view now; they fail to park their car properly. “I’m not gonna expose who this is coz this is a nice person. But it’s a German player. They’re in the main draw and I don’t believe they’ve played yet. That’s all you guys get.” Now, after filtering all the possible names, the first name that would click to everyone’s mind is Alexander Zverev.

For those who are unaware, Zverev also owns a black car, but that’s a BMW i8 Roadster. Although, he once said that,I love cars but decided not to buy one until I win a slam“, it’s believed that he owns several other luxurious cars in his garage. Just a couple of days ago, Zverev and Marcelo Melo were spotted enjoying the Formula 1 simulator in Montreal.

During that interaction, Zverev was heard boasting about his exceptional driving skills. He even compared his driving skills with some of the best drivers in the history of the sportAfter hearing all this from him, would you still put him on the list of suspicion? Well, the other German who’s at the main draw is Jan-Lennard Struff. Even he has a black car in his garage!

Can Struff be that man that Ben Shelton has been looking for in the last few days?

What’s your perspective on:

Did Zverev really sabotage Shelton's Cincinnati experience, or is Shelton just making excuses?

Have an interesting take?

Well, Struff won the Bavarian International title this year, and on behalf of the BMW Group, he was presented with an all-electric BMW i5 M60 which is also black in color. Interestingly, both Struff and Zverev haven’t yet started their campaign in Cincinnati. This is what makes this a bit suspicious.

Well, let’s see if Shelton himself comes up with the name a few days later, but do you know that even Shelton was once handed a seizure notice on his luxurious four-wheeler? This happened in February this year, and he even voiced his frustration over the damages caused to this luxurious car in that incident.

However, his passion for luxury cars and his willingness to take care of the priciest possessions are reflected in both of these incidents. Let us know who you think is the player behind this incident. Zverev or Struff? Or someone else altogether.
