Novak Djokovic has been the epitome of sheer dominance at the first Grand Slam of the season. The 36-year-old Serbian superstar has clinched 10 titles at Melbourne Park throughout his two-decades-long career. Djokovic has an incredible record of 89-8(92%) at the Australian Open, and guess what? No other male tennis player has done what he has achieved here in Melbourne. But he still gets snubbed.

A few days ago a major controversy sparked among tennis fans after seeing Novak Djokovic’s omission from the headers of the Australian Open’s social media accounts. And, now the 62-year-old American congresswoman, Claudia Tenney has stepped in to express her utter shock seeing the current world no.1 getting snubbed from the AO promo.

Claudia Tenney, the US representative for New York’s 24th congressional district and an active member of the Republican Party has been a staunch supporter of the Serb. A few days ago she was even seen slamming Rafael Nadal for picking Roger Federer over Novak Djokovic as the more exciting player. And, now she’s back again to show her support to the 24 Grand Slam title holder.

Back in October last year, the Australian Open released their promo featuring several superstars of the game. They wrote in the caption, ‘Legends rise, records break, and every moment Hits Different at the AO.’ Guess who broke most of the record in AO? The one who has won 4 out of 5 editions of the tournament

2022 was the only exception as Novak Djokovic was sent out of the country after an alleged refusal to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Seeing this snub of Djokovic from their promo, Claudia Tenney said- ‘Seriously? No graphic of the 10-time and current reigning Champ Novak Djokovic in your promo? The GOAT is the draw.
