Just a few days ago, Novak Djokovic suffered an unexpected injury in the wrist which forced him to withdraw from his match. Reacting to the whole scenario, Nick Kyrgios joined hands as the Aussie badass took to his Twitter to highlight the main cause of the injury that the Serbian suffered while slamming the authorities. However, players like Holger Rune certainly do not share the same opinion.

In a recent revelation, the Danish sensation came ahead and talked about the whole situation while offering his perspective. He suggested that these all are just excuses for the players and it is completely normal to have changes in the game.

In a recent revelation, Holger Rune came ahead and talked about the complaints that the players make. He doesn’t believe in making excuses when things change in tennis. According to Rune, courts, weather, and everything else can vary each week, so there’s no point complaining about it. He added that different tournaments use different tennis balls from different sponsors, but he chooses not to complain about it. He feels the differences in the balls but doesn’t make a fuss.

“I’ve actually thought about it since when we arrived here, because obviously many players were speaking about the ball et cetera,” said Rune in the interview.

“The court changes every week, the weather changes every week, everything changes every week … so I don’t think we need to complain about it, to be honest. Of course it is different, but it’s different for everyone and I think you can choose to complain about it or not. It’s just how it is. You’re going to change balls – there are different sponsors for every tournament,” he further added.

Thus, Rune’s attitude is more about accepting these changes without using them as reasons for not doing well. He rather focuses on dealing with the challenges that all players face.
