Sinner has seen profound results in the last season. He didn’t manage to go beyond the fourth round in the first slam but showed stark improvement in the Sunshine Doubles by reaching the semifinal of the Indian Wells Masters and the final of the Miami Open. The French Open did not show great results, but it was followed by a semifinal run into the Wimbledon, which was then followed by his first Masters title, the Canadian Open.

With astounding results, he qualified for the ATP Finals and ran to the tournament finals. He then ended the year with another fantastic run in the Davis Cup, helping his country win the tournament for the second time after 47 years. Coming into this year, he broke all the barriers and even defeated the 10-time Australian Open champion, Novak Djokovic, to win his first grand slam.

Botic van de Zandschulp is a late bloomer. He made his major debut in 2021 when he was 26 years old. Although he started his professional career late, he managed to put himself on a steady rise in 2022, managing to achieve a career-high ranking of 22. In 2023, he could not manage impressive results as he was ousted in the Slams and Masters before reaching the quarterfinal.
