In a recent revelation, Andre Agassi, in a video shared on Instagram travels the distance and brings out a memory from the past while revealing why the Pickleball Slam 2 will be more memorable for him. Agassi uses the reference to his famous Wimbledon win that he got around 3 decades prior.

In a recent revelation, Andre Agassi revealed that he is super pumped about Pickleball Slam 2! In a reel shared on Instagram, he listed many reasons behind his excitement. He suggested playing doubles with his amazing wife, facing off against John McEnroe again, and, of course, teasing McEnroe about their past matches adds to the fun in the tournament.

Agassi’s especially excited because he beat McEnroe at Wimbledon in 1992, and he’s reminding everyone about that win. So basically, Agassi suggested that the 2 in the Pickleball Slam 2 just got a step ahead as he will defeat the American legend yet again.

“This year, I think Pickleball slam 2 is going to be even more legendary. It says it all in the name. 2 because it is the second year, 2, because I will be playing doubles with my beautiful and talented wife. 2 because I get to repeat my victory and defeat (John) McEnroe twice in a row, and 2 because it is gonna be too good to look at John’s face when I beat him. The slam 2, even more legendary. Actually, if you count Wimbledon, that’s 3 in a row,” said Agassi in the interview.

Thus, Agassi’s having fun, but he’s also stirring up the excitement for the tournament by bringing up their competitive history. It’s all in good fun, but you can bet Agassi’s aiming to keep his winning streak alive!
