Commentating for the Australian Open, he’s currently demolishing his past image as fans are falling in love with this new persona.

The Aussie player was set to return this year but found himself withdrawing due to injury once again. In the first slam of the year, Nick Kyrgios has now appeared as a guest speaker on ESPN and will also help the Eurosport team cover the tournament. He debuted with ESPN today, and fans are falling in love with his commentary.

One fan shared a video of Kyrgios’ infamous interaction with a fan at the 2019 Miami Open. In the video, Kyrgios is taunting a fan, saying they don’t have anything else to do on a Sunday night, saying that they are in a similar position, listening to Kyrgios’s commentary on a Sunday night.

Another fan said that they were loving how the Aussie player was sharing his insights. They further said it felt like a breath of fresh air, and he has a career after he retires.

One fan was taken aback by the player. Usually known as a controversial figure, they could not believe that Kyrgios could act like a good guy. They loved his new identity and his insights.

A tennis fan watching the Australian Open on ESPN said that they enjoyed his documentary. They called him one of the most intelligent players on tour, and fans should have more of him commentating on matches.

As he continues to appear in a different role, he may make it his permanent job and move away from playing on the court. His new role has been accepted well so far, but can he continue to do it for the next two weeks?
