American tennis star Frances Tiafoe is going through a purple patch currently. The American registered a stunning victory against the legendary Rafael Nadal in his US Open campaign. Although he lost to compatriot Taylor Fritz in the Japan Open, his form helped his team to clinch the United Cup.

In an Instagram story that appeared on the official page of the United Cup, we can see Tiafoe tapping hands with all the ball boys who queued up to get a tap from the American. Tiafoe didn’t disappoint anyone as he quickly tapped each ballboy’s hand while moving through the hallway.
It will not only make the day for young tennis aspirants but also help Tiafoe get some young fans in Australia. The Australian Open is closing in and the crowd has always played an important role in the Grand Slam down under. Tiafoe playfully offers training services to Jessica Pegula

In the United Cup fixture against Poland, Pegula had the most difficult task. She defeated World Number 1 Iga Swiatek. The pole won two out of four Grand Slam titles last year. Further, she also had a 37-match winning streak. As Jessica Pegula handed her a crushing defeat, Tiafoe playfully suggested that he is the man behind her victory.
The 24-year-old jokingly suggested that his motivational texts and practice sessions with Pegula helped her pull it off. Later, when Pegula said in response had a special post for Tiafoe that read, “Hired as a hitting partner.”
Acknowledging the offer from his compatriot, the 24-year-old replied that as he is going to join Pegula’s team, Australian Open might be his last tournament as a player.
