Ben Shelton is playing in the second Grand Slam tournament of his budding career. And he has already made his place in the 4th round of the Australian Open, that too for the first time in his career. It was not easy to book his spot in the second week of the tournament. The 20-year-old defeated Alexei Popyrin and cemented himself as one of the rising stars in the sport. This is Shelton’s first overseas trip while playing tennis professionally. More intriguingly, despite only having played tennis in the US prior to the Australian Open, he, nevertheless, managed to crack the top 100 in the ATP rankings.

The 20-year-old tennis player has found great support in his parents Bryan Shelton and Lisa Shelton as well as his girlfriend Anna Hall. And with them by his side, Shelton is trying his best to create a name in the tennis world.

Anna Hall, a well-known American heptathlete, is dating the 20-year-old tennis player since November 2021. The 21-year-old heptathlete won the 2022 USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Additionally, she secured a spot in the World Athlete Championships, where she took home a bronze medal. She has also won two NCAA championships and has competed for the University of Florida and the seven-time NCAA Division I champion (All-American).

Their comprehension of one another and each other’s professions is rather amazing, given that they both have a passion for sports. When given the chance in an interview, the 20-year-old tennis star has never shied away from gushing about his love or praising his girlfriend. They don’t appear together very often, but they do upload beautiful photographs on Instagram, which warms the hearts of their admirers.

Shelton is not a stranger to tennis. The Tennis player born in 2002 is the son of Bryan, a former ATP player who rose to the highest of world Number 55 in the ATP ranking in singles and world number 52 in doubles. And he ended up winning two tour titles to his name. His father took on the role of coach for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets women’s tennis team, and he guided the team to numerous triumphs. While his mother was a well-known junior player.
