He uploaded a laid-back selfie in a white t-shirt, and his black hair was visible again. “WERE SO BACK,” was the caption, which hinted both at Fritz’s homecoming and his return to his old look. The ATP number 6 was asked several questions about why he decided on this color and his response was intriguing and funny.

“A lot of people asking me why? … No reason other than I just thought it would be funny. After seeing all the reactions and overreactions, I was right, it’s hilarious,” he wrote on his official Instagram. In Paris, he was asked how long it took him to decide to bleach his hair. “Oh, years. I feel like I have polled it every year at the Australian Open,” Fritz said who previously held an Instagram poll for followers to decide whether he should color his hair blonde. However, he also confirmed disliking the look afterward. “I thought it was funny. I expected to just buzz it if I hated it, but I don’t hate it,” he concluded.

However, when he was asked whether blondes are more fun, he had an interesting answer. “You know, we haven’t… we’re gonna have to wait and see, but hopefully,” he said. Despite his statement dropping a sly hint about him keeping the look, Fritz ultimately changed it and returned to his old look.

After that, she added how she would like her followers to know her cluelessness about this decision. “Would just like everyone to know I was also blindsided by this,” she further wrote. Riddle also revealed how she received DMs about how her boyfriend looked like DJ Diplo with his new blonde hair. “When I open my phone to dms that my bf looks like diplo now,” she said.
