A touch of elegance! Roger Federer is regarded as one of the most elegant players in the tennis world. Even off-the-court, his style has always been a bit sophisticated, effortless, and impossibly suave. Fans love watching him in black suits. And talking about suites well, let me tell you perhaps no one can wear suits as perfectly as Federer. Previously, he was seen assisting his longtime rival Rafael Nadal in straightening his bow tie during the 2019 Laver Cup in Geneva. Now, it’s time for another Spaniard! Wonder why everything he does gets us reminded of the glorious camaraderie between Federer and Nadal!
Carlos Alcaraz is all set to make his debut at the Laver Cup, which will be taking place at the Uber Arena in Berlin from September 20-22. He’s quite excited to team up with the likes of Alexander Zverev, Casper Ruud, Daniil Medvedev, and a few others for Team Europe. They will play against Team World, which comprises Ben Shelton, Frances Tiafoe, Taylor Fritz, and many other superstars. So, get ready for some real fireworks over the span of these days! Shortly after landing in Berlin, Alcaraz said he was quite excited to meet Roger Federer and several other legends of the game in the same venue. However, he has also mentioned that he will miss Rafael Nadal a lot in this tournament.
We saw him in a single frame with the ‘Swiss Maestro’ recently and guess what? Roger Federer recreated that popular and adorable Rafael Nadal ‘bow straightening‘ moment with Carlos Alcaraz during an event at the Laver Cup. The official IG page of Laver Cup shared that epic moment with a caption, “Federer with the assist.” The Tennis Letter X handle posted a collage of Nadal and Federer from 2019 and Alcaraz and Federer from this year’s Laver Cup. They captioned the posted, “What would Rafa and Alcaraz do if Federer wasn’t there to fix their suits?”
