Lavish dream house for Rafael Nadal to be ready by next spring

The perfect home for Rafael Nadal and his wife Mery Perelló in their native country is nearly finished. Their opulent home is situated at Manacor’s Porto Cristo neighborhood’s highest point. For the past two and a half years, the house of the 22-time Grand Slam champion has been under construction. As a gesture of love, Nadal gave his wife this dream property.

The house will have breathtaking views of the entire nature of that part, from the beach to the edge of the urban area. The exterior work of the house is nearly finished with only a few touchups remaining. And as the house is in completion, the Spaniard along with his wife  and newborn baby boy, will move into the house by May 2023.

The Spaniard’s net worth for the 2022 season came out to be $220 million, with all the endorsements and match prizes. The lavish house with all the facilities is definitely a reward for the tennis player for all his hard work. Nadal’s picturesque house consists of interconnected buildings with a ground floor and two Heights and also has a wide overhang that protects the spacious terraces on the first and the second floors. However, to finish the whole structure or set, the third building is also getting ready apart from the previous two ones. 

Sentimental values attached to Nadal’s dream house

The house area is attached with great sentimental and family values for the Spaniard that connects him to his childhood. The former world number one’s grandfather owned a part of the land near the soon-to-be-ready house.
