The Australian tennis player, Nick Kyrgios, is known for his outbursts and fierce attitude on the tennis court. He is often seen yelling out of frustration at umpires, players, and even spectators. Recently, he was spotted smashing and breaking his racket on the tennis court after he was knocked out in the quarter-finals of the US Open.

The American social media personality and boxer, Jake Paul, also saw a recording of Kyrgios’ outburst and mocked the Australian tennis player for breaking his racket out of frustration.

Jake Paul took a dig at Nick Kyrgios

The popular boxer and social media personality, Jake Paul, is often seen roasting some well-known figures in his YouTube videos. In one of his recent video, he mocked the Australian tennis player, Kyrgios, for smashing his racket during his defeat at the US Open. He said, “Nick Kyrgios over the weekend broke his whole f**kng racket after losing at the US Open.”  Paul also tried to imitate Kyrgios by smashing a tennis racket in his video.

He further stated that people call Kyrgios “the Jake Paul of tennis”. Paul further mocked him by saying, buddy needs to lay off the testosterone.”

The American further said that calling Kyrgios the ‘Jake Paul of tennis’ might be bad for his brand. He stated, “Is it bad to call him the Jake Paul of tennis? Is that bad for our brand? He’s acting like a d**head.” Paul jokingly defended himself by saying, I have a charity, he probably doesn’t have a charity.”

Kyrgios paid tribute to Roger Federer

After an illustrious tennis career, the Swiss Maestro has decided to hang his rackets. Federer recently announced his retirement as he posted an emotional message on his social media. The Swiss tennis star also revealed that multiple injuries had an impact on his form and were a big factor in his decision to retire.

Following the Swiss legend’s decision, Kyrgios posted an emotional message on social media. The Aussie star stated, “no one will ever play the game like you. enjoy it @rogerfederer …… was an honour.”
