Usain Bolt is considered the fastest man alive on the planet, since his record-breaking performance at the 2009 IAAF World Championships. Clocking 9.58, the athlete even managed to shatter his personal best of 9.69 seconds. No other athlete has ever come close to Bolt’s timing until now.

Bolt is proud of where he comes from and gives back to the community whenever he gets the chance. For him, the holidays are all about giving to people and finding joy in that.

On the occasion of Christmas, the athlete took out time to visit his hometown Sherwood and gift the natives.

Bolt goes back to hometown for Christmas eve

The athlete loves to spend this day with his community and gift them little presents. Even this year on Christmas eve, Bolt went back with some gifts to Sherwood and posted a short video of the whole day on his social media.

According to Bolt, Christmas is all about giving back and sharing happiness with the ones who can’t afford it. The athlete goes back every year and gives back toys and food so that everyone can celebrate the big day.

?Christmas for me is giving back. You know I mean that’s something that I’ve always done especially to my community,? Bolt said in an interview.

The athlete has always been kind and loving towards fans and followers.

Christmas to Bolt is much more than just a holiday. The athlete considers it to be a big day and spends time with family and friends. Everybody gathers at his house for the celebration and cooks delicious food.

?Then after exact family time, you know, I mean all the family always come together at my house we just cook a lot of food,? said the Olympic champion.

For Bolt, Christmas is all about family time. Because he is an elite athlete, he is used to traveling the world all year round. So Bolt takes the festival as a chance to reconnect with his family and spend time with them.
