Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is Ubisoft’s next big release in the Assassin’s Creed game series. The game is the 12 major title and the 22 overall for the Assassin saga. Based around an alternative Viking invasion of Britain, you play as Eivor, a raider caught in the Templars vs. Assassins conflict. The game is set for a release later this year but unfortunately has succumbed to leaks wherein almost 30-minutes of gameplay was revealed.

The gameplay footage seems to be of a mission called ‘A Fury from the Sea.’
As the footage progresses, it reveals that the mission is an attack on the Burgh Castle, a supposedly impenetrable stronghold.
Once you have gathered enough forces, you then set sail for the castle in Viking longboats. Therein starts the actual combat gameplay where you use battering rams to break down doors, you also carry a bow with you to eliminate long-range targets.

The battle concludes when you defeat the current boss called ‘Rued’ and are given a choice to kill him or spare him. You then rescue Oswald and the scene switches to a character enhancement screen. This is where you use your skill points to upgrade weapons and increase your overall power. The skills tab is shaped in the form of constellations.
Looks like the current pandemic situation and people working from home are not helping the companies to prevent any leaks. A leak of this magnitude for a AAA game like this could be very harmful to the company.
