Reports coming in from Chile and Spain claim that Arturo Vidal has agreed to join Spanish giants Real Madrid.
The Vidal saga has taken another huge turn,as the player who was previously rumoured to be joining Manchester United last year and Arsenal this year seems to have agreed to join Los Blancos to become part of the Galaticos.
Real Madrid had a terrible last season as they couldn’t win a single title and were beaten by Barcelona in the La Liga, Juventus in the Champions League and Atletico Madrid in the Spanish Cup.
The second half of the season exposed the weaknesses and lack of depth in the squad, which ultimately led to the sacking of manager Carlo Ancelotti.
Newly appointed manager Rafael Benitez has taken a note of the weaknesses and has asked the Club President Florentino Perez to sign the Juventus midfielder Vidal for a fee reported to be around 25m Euros.
Arturo Vidal had a terrific season with Juventus winning the Serie A and reaching Champions league Final and winning the Copa America in the summer, scoring 8 goals and 4 assists in the period.
