Former Arsenal manager George Graham has suggested that Arsenal shouldn’t pursue Raheem Sterling in the summer as the Gunners don’t need a player in that position. Arsenal have a very good goal scoring record this season and have been terrific going forward but defence is where the problem lies.
Raheem Sterling, apart from not being suited to Arsenal’s style of play, also is a very expensive proposition for Arsenal as he comes with a whopping £50 million price tag. Though a better suitor for Arsenal at this stage would be inform striker Paulo Dybala. The Argentine is sure to leave Palermo at the end of this season and is one of the hottest properties in Europe right now as teams like Juventus, Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea and PSG are all looking to secure his signature. Dybala, though, comes with a modest price tag of just £29 million and Palermo has already rejected a bid from Juventus which was shy of this price tag.
Arsenal are looking to buy Dybala though Wenger must act fast if he wants to buy the Argentine from the Sicilian outfit.
