While the Petr Cech saga is almost sure to end with him playing for the Gunners before the pre-season games,  the £11-million valued goalkeeper might not be the only player who would be arriving to Arsenal from Chelsea.

They are keeping a close watch on the young and prolific midfielder, Charly Musonda. The Belgian national, who is just 18, has been looking out for a loan move to help him grow and improve before he can prove his worth for the Blue’s first team. Though mostly looking for a loan, Arsenal can jack up their offer to buy out the player.

The Gunners have kept the youngster under their radar ever since he was 14-years-old and was playing in Anderlecht. Although, he preferred to join the Blues back in 2012, the youngster, now 18 is a priority target. According to sources, he would want to move away from Chelsea fearing his 1st team chances would be slim in the star studded line-up. Arsenal, though are not the only rat in the race for the cheese, as Manchester City also seem interested in the starlet player.  Chelsea would  probably loan him to other European clubs, Ligue 1 being the highest priority. But, if they wish to sell him, they value him around £5 million.

Generally playing at an attacking midfield position, he has also occasionally played on either flanks.  He has played a total of 42 games for the Belgian U-15, U-16, U-17, U-19 and U-21 put together. For Chelsea in the U-21 league, he has a tally of 4 goals and an assist in about  20 games he appeared in. Although, in most of the games he featured as a substitute.

The possibility of this transfer is about 6/10, but if completed would be an intelligent signing for the Gunners.
