Apex Legends Leaks Reveal Details about Potential Season 8 Legend Fuse

Since launching last November, Apex Legends Season 7 has shaped up as one of the most significant in the battle royale’s history. A new map, drivable vehicles, and the latest character Horizon were some of the thrilling additions.

Now, with Season 7 in its final few weeks, the next season is fast approaching. Naturally, players are eagerly looking forward to the fresh content and exciting changes Season 8 will bring.

As with each previous season in Apex Legends, the upcoming one should also introduce a new character to the diverse combat roster. Speculations and rumors strongly suggest Fuse could be the next Legend joining the Apex Games in Season 8.

Leaks point to Fuse as the potential new Legend in Apex Legends Season 8

Following the recent Fight Night update, the Apex community’s dataminers uncovered interesting clues in the game files about a new character named Fuse. The leaked information sheds light on Fuse’s potential abilities that seem to revolve around explosives.

SomeoneWhoLeaks revealed a model for a projectile grenade which will become the tactical ability, apparently. The leaker also provided the first glimpse at the animations for the character equipping and launching their tactical.

Meanwhile, only a few details are available about the ultimate ability. Another dataminer Biast12 appears to have discovered some special effects for Fuse’s ultimate. These files have mentions of phrases such as ‘Missile Incoming’ and ‘Flame Start’.

Rumors also indicate that the character could have a full-on cannon launcher on his back, which will supposedly function as the ultimate ability. Besides that, Biast12 was able to find a bunch of audio files for Fuse’s ability kit, which apparently includes ‘Explosion’, ‘Firebomb’, and ‘Metal Bomb’.

As for the passive ability, there is barely any information available currently on this subject. Based on these findings, fans have speculated Fuse to be an explosives enthusiast categorized as an Offensive Legend.

That pretty much wraps up everything currently known about the potential new Legend in Apex Legends Season 8. However, it is important to note that there isn’t an official source to confirm these leaked details.
