Apex Legends is one of the more popular battle royale games around right now. In a genre strewn with titles, it takes something special to attract such a user base. Not just that, you need to keep updating, keep adding new content and get rid of any and all bugs and hackers. It’s the only way to survive in this cut-throat business. Apex Legends is just about learning that side.
Currently, in Season 4, Apex Legends has continued to maintain it’s high volume of weekly players with around 8 million. There is a good reason for this- the developers are keen and enthusiastic about their game. The game is a refreshing take on the BR genre compared to PUBG, Fortnite, and others.
The developers wish to make it interesting evermore, but many users feel they aren’t doing enough just yet.

Developers working on next four seasons of Apex Legends
Season 4 started off at the start of February and it gave us the kick-ass new character Revenant. Naturally, players cannot wait to see what Respawn Entertainment has in store for the next season.
As it turns out, the developers are working hard not just for Season 5, but for the next four seasons or so. Now that is the commitment we gamers like to see from developers.
However, not everyone is happy about their work.
but one thing I know, don't call it drama, cuz it's real, I know everyday a lot of players left, a ton of new ones is coming, but when we see a lot of great players and streamers moving on, that means it's not a drama, it's real and you know

The game is dying though! Doncha know? But seriously, thanks for all you do. I’ll be here until the end. I know quality when I see it and every content update you guys push is better than the last. I can’t wait to see what’s ahead. 🙌🙌

Check out this tweet from the Design Director at Respawn Entertainment. He had some candid views he shared while also informing the players of their work.
I wrote up a reply to @Miraizinnn about a streamer's plea for us to DO MORE! Figured I'd make it public since I hear it a lot.
You want my advice? Don't fall for the drama. Streamers live on drama. It brings viewers and drives conversation around it. Like this one! https://t.co/Wg5iTrY8ar

Eventually, people burn out on games. If someone is over it and moves on, that's fine. It's a chance for someone like you to step up and take their place. Streamer or pro!

And for a fun anecdote, we are literally testing content for Season 5, 6, 7 and 8 regularly. We have LOTS coming, and aren't going anywhere.
— Jason McCord (@MonsterclipRSPN) April 6, 2020
McCord also informed us that there won’t be any solos in the patch that will be released tomorrow.
Many fans of the title expressed their satisfaction with the developers and their efforts.
Thanks for this thread McCord. There's a lot of stuff on the way but EVERYTHING takes time…not a single thing is free work no matter how small or "easy" people perceive it to be. Honestly the work that goes on behind the game is crazy but often times drowned in "more more more"

As you can see, polarizing views are pretty much a norm for any game title. When the game is a big as Apex Legends, there’s just no avoiding it. We need to give them a little more space and time and they won’t disappoint us in my opinion.

In some exciting news for the Titanfall fans out there, you can expect some crossover content from there.
In a recent interview, Apex Legends Director had this to say.
“We built an awesome world in Titanfall and want to make sure we’re bringing that forward. I will say this, there could be a pleasant surprise for Titanfall fans in Season 5.”

Now that is music to my ears. As a fan of Titanfall, getting elements from that universe would be an absolute delight.
The game has some issues to work on, no doubt, but given more time they will come through for us.
