Apex Legends is on the verge of having its 5th season. With a new legend, a new battle pass, new cosmetics, the game is building up for something bigger. We also learned this past week that Apex Legends would feature Kings Canyon Unearthed. They have changed several aspects, one of the popular places also gave way for incorporating new elements.
Skull Town – a hallowed place for all Apex lovers, is no more. Instead, new drop locations will replace it. While it was hard to say goodbye, The Gaming Merchant made sure that it gets a proper send-off. He took to Twitter with his post organizing a grand celebration to bid farewell to Skull town.
The entire lobby gathered around the desert to try their best and give a grand send-off before it goes back to dust. These moments define the entire essence of a game. It is heartbreaking and yet wonderful to see how the community comes together to stand as one.

Apex Legends Bids Farewell To Skull Town
The Gaming Merchant choreographed the entire phenomenon. There were several reasons why players loved Skull Town. Primarily the loot was bountiful, and the fire-fights gave a better experience. As compared to other spots, this one actually inspired the high-octane rush gameplay.

However, this was also one of the reasons people hated Skull Town because no one wants to get in a fight right after dropping. There were several who were happy with the news that Skull Town is up for removal. While half the community organized a farewell, the other half breathed a sigh of peace. This diversity in opinion, is what makes gaming communities all accepting and beautiful.

Loba destroyed the hidden factory under Skull Town in her search for Revenant. This indicates how the storyline directly affects the gameplay. Nevertheless, the farewell had beautiful moments with people writing “RIP Skull Town.” with their electrified fences. The moment was truly genuine and heartfelt. Moving on to what comes next is what makes the past beautiful.
The Kings Canyon Unearthed version will feature a total top-to-bottom restructuring for Skull Town. Perhaps they are going to make it more interesting than before. The only thing we know as of now is that Skull Town’s revamp will take a while to normalize. Nonetheless, Apex fans are patiently looking forward to a brighter tomorrow.
