Players are only a few days away to get their hands on the Animal Crossing: New Horizons 2.0 update. Nintendo will change the entire ACNH universe with the upcoming update. Moreover, we will see the return of some popular characters, new mysterious islands, and several quality of life upgrades in the update.

However, the most highlighted part of the 2.0 update is the upcoming expansion pack. Nintendo will launch a paid DLC for New Horizons called Happy Home Paradise. It will cost $24.99 and will motivate users to build clients’ dream vacation homes. Interestingly, Nintendo revealed new information related to Happy Home Paradise ahead of its launch.

Exciting news announced for the expansion pack of Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Nintendo just announced more information for the Happy Home office with a recent tweet. It confirmed that players can buy new limited items from the office. They will also encounter a new NPC, Wardell, at the office. Moreover, it announced that users can find a gift shop and reception area on the first floor.

Wardell will run the gift shop, and Lottie will handle the reception area inside the Happy Home Paradise HQ. This also suggests we might see a second floor after the expansion launches. We don’t have any more information regarding the second floor, but we might hear some more exciting news in the future. Players can buy the items at the gift shop with the exchange of Poki.

Poki is a new special currency that will work similar to Bells. Instead of Bells players will receive payment in form of Poki from Lottie. Furthermore, we will also encounter a new character, Niko, who’s wearing the HHP uniform. Thus, we can assume he might assist users and Lottie in building vacations homes.
