Villagers returning to Animal Crossing: New Horizons with Brewster
The Roost is a very fun place and many veterans are thrilled to recreate all previous beautiful memories in New Horizons. Several dataminers have already confirmed that we may get a special room for Gyroids at the Roost. Brewster has an obsession with Gyroids and Nintendo may release these decorative furniture objects with arms and faces in the next big update.
Other than that, the Roost is also a special place to interact with your villagers and special characters. Back in New Leaf, there was a special character arrival schedule for players to visit the cafe and meet them. However, there are only three special characters in ACNH that used to visit the Roost in the past.
Therefore, we can expect a lot of NPCs to return to the cafe with Brewster. Not to mention, there are many special characters in New Horizons that we can’t see on a regular basis. Thus, Roost could become a place for many special characters to sit together and have a little chat with players.

In addition to that, some dataminers also confirmed in-game codes for Rover dialogues in the cafe. Rover is a blue and white cat; he can be found at the end of the May Day Maze in ACNH. Interestingly, he promised to players to meet in the future and the Roost could be the place for them to see him once again.

Other than Rover, Nintendo can make special characters introduced in New Horizons visit the Roost regularly, including Zipper T. Bunny, Pascal. Gullivarrr, Luna, Jack, Franklin. Jingle, and Pavé. This would be a great addition for players to see the presence of these characters, which usually they can only see on special occasions. What are your expectations from the upcoming ACNH Direct?
