Some Halloween-themed items are available for purchase from Nook’s Cranny, throughout October. Although it could take some time to land a specific item from the store, it’s a good alternative to crafting.

Besides that, players can also obtain DIY recipes for spooky items by talking to villagers crafting in their homes. There is also the usual way of learning DIY recipes from message bottles washed up on the beach and balloon presents in the sky. Crafting the items using a recipe will require Orange Pumpkins that players will have to grow and harvest.

Here are the Spooky Set items that players can buy from Nook’s Cranny or craft using DIY recipes obtained from villagers, bottles, and balloons. Both the price at Nook’s Cranny or the materials required to craft are mentioned below. The Spooky Fence is an exception as it can only be obtained from crafting.

Meanwhile, there are two additional reactions that players can learn over Halloween, the scare and the haunt reactions. All the Spooky Set items require Orange Pumpkins to craft initially. Players can then customize most items further into three color variations by growing and harvesting Green, Yellow, and White Pumpkins. The grand occasion is still a while away, and ACNH players have already started preparations for the festivities on October 31.
