It seems like time won’t be slowing down in the year 2021, especially for Animal Crossin New Horizons fans. The game has completed almost 18 months as one of the biggest titles on the planet and fans have loved every moment of it. Over the past few months, the developers have released a lot of content, and it will continue in the future as well.

With August around the corner, players will have new stuff to look forward to. With the return of many events, the game will see another shuffle in the Fish, Bug and Sea Creature roster on the Island. These are some of the big changes arriving in the game soon.

New events on Animal Crossing New Horizons in August

Northern Hemisphere players will have a lot of content to play with next month including the annual Bug-off event. The Bug-off will happen on Saturday, August 29. The summer shells will also be available for fans until August 31. Southern Hemisphere players can also create Snowballs until August 24 before they go forever. The Young Spring Bamboo will also return on August 25th, and players who have bamboo trees should definitely check it out.

Along with that, the fireworks show will return to New Horizons this month as well. The event will be held every Sunday during August from 7 PM to 12 AM. During this time, players can watch some brilliant displays of fireworks and have a time of their life.

Every fish, bugs, and sea creature arriving in the game

Northern Hemisphere players will see the return of fishes like the Soft-Shelled Turtle, Moray Eel, and the Ray. Other than that, fishes like the Kilifish, Frog, Giant Snakehead, Napoleonfish, and the Squid will be removed from the roster as well. Southern Hemisphere players won’t have new fishes to catch. However, fishes like the Pond Smelt and the Blowfish will leave the Island.

Northern Hemisphere players can catch new bugs like the Migratory Locust, Rice Grasshopper, and the Walker Cicada. Southern Hemisphere will find the return of Tiger Beetle. With sea creatures, Flatworm will return to Norther Hemisphere with the Sea Pineapple and the Vampire Squid leaving the Islands. However, players in the Southern part of the world won’t receive any new sea creatures following the departure of the Venus’ Flower Basket, Sweet Shrimp, and the Sea Pig.

A lot of items will be shuffled from player’s Island in the upcoming month. With the return of some fan-favorite events, it seems like August will be fun for players.
