Animal Crossing: New Horizons is a game that takes place in real-time, closely resembling real-world occurrences like seasons and weather. Just like the real world, there is a Northern Hemisphere and a Southern Hemisphere in the game, with June marking the shift of seasons.
June offered players with lots of in-game activities to partake in. For starters, many fish and bugs became available to kickstart the summer season. The Wedding Season is continuing until the end of the month, and players in the Northern Hemisphere had the chance to participate in the first Bug-Off recently. Those who missed the Bug-Off event, there will be more in the coming months.
Changes occur in the world of Animal Crossing: New Horizons every month. With July rapidly approaching, some bugs and fish are about to depart the islands in both hemispheres. Some of these critters will be gone for quite some time, so players have a few more days to catch them. We will list out all the fish and bugs leaving with June so that you can either sell them for Bells or donate them to Blathers for the museum.
