The Night of Champions premium live event certainly lived up to the expectations. Although WWE faced criticism for organizing shows in Saudi Arabia, its current deal is proving to be a rainmaker. The show was nothing short of spectacular, as the card was replete with action-packed triple main events. A new report suggests that Night of Champions bumped up WWE’s viewership in Saudi Arabia significantly.

One of the prime points of the show was when the fans finally witnessed the Bloodline implode. During the barn burner of a main event, Jimmy Uso went berserk and delivered two super kicks to the Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns.

In addition, the event marked Sami Zayn and Kevin Owen’s first-ever appearance in Saudi Arabia. Considering the response from the fans, the show surpassed the viewership of the previous events held in Saudi Arabia. And the numbers don’t lie either.
