Impressed by his performances, Saudi Arabia has planned a massive showcase for the player in the upcoming Riyadh Season.

Similar to their showcase for Argentine icon Lionel Messi, Saudi Arabia is planning to leave no stone unturned for Cristiano Ronaldo. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner has won titles all around the world, and it looks like the Riyadh Season could provide his fans with the opportunity to walk down memory lane.

Saudi Arabia plans to introduce an exclusive Cristiano Ronaldo museum

Saudi General Entertainment Authority Chairman Turki Al-Alsheikh announced the launch of the upcoming Riyadh Season that will take place starting on 28th October. Al-Alsheikh posted a video on his Twitter account highlighting some of the key attractions for the event. While there has been a key focus on sports, there is one big talking point from the new announcement. Saudi Arabia is introducing an exclusive museum for Cristiano Ronaldo!

Cristiano Ronaldo has once again proved why he is among the top players in the world. While many believed the Portuguese captain was on the doorstep of retirement after joining the Saudi Pro League, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner has completely transformed the league. Saudi Pro League, following Ronaldo’s transfer, has emerged as the top destination for players across Europe.

Based on the released clip, the Riyadh Festival will present a unique Cristiano Ronaldo experience. “An exclusive museum designed around Cristiano Ronaldo’s signature and life story. It will feature all his trophies, personal memorabilia, as well as interactive experiences.”

While this is a piece of big news for the Al Nassr star, he is not the first to receive an exclusive museum. Last year after Lionel Messi and Argentina thumped France in the World Cup finals, Saudi decided to present Messi with a museum of his own.

Following his triumph, Saudi Arabia, who were the hosts for the tournament, decided to present Leo with a great gift. Argentina throughout the World Cup was staying at Qatar University. With Messi lifting the trophy that eluded him for so long, Saudi decided to turn Messi’s room on the campus inside the university into a mini-museum to honor the player.
