2021 is indeed a great time to be a professional wrestling fan. The ecosystem didn’t have any big players and now AEW has offered an option. Moreover, it has also divided wrestlers and fans into two promotions that continue to trade barb on the internet. Recently, CM Punk and Sasha Banks were spotted taking shots at one another.

The WWE Superstar apparently tried to steal an iconic line that AEW star has been using all through his career. Naturally, this didn’t sit well with the Punk, and he offered a classic response.

CM Punk can Punk anyone including Sasha Banks

WWE fans are eagerly looking forward to this week’s SmackDown with the main event featuring women’s champion Becky Lynch against Sasha Banks. The title challenger took to Twitter to promote the upcoming fight, and she curiously made use of a phrase that belongs to CM Punk. Sasha shared a tweet with the phrase: “It’s Clobberin time.”

CM Punk had something to say, and he reverted with a tweet of his own. The AEW wrestler targeted Sasha and clearly stated that the real clobbering time happened over the course of the last weekend on AEW Dynamite.
