WWE Hall of Famer and wrestling legend Sting has surprised everyone with his in-ring abilities at the age of 62. The AEW superstar recently wrestled a match against The FTR and MJF.

Ric Flair calls Sting an “icon”
Speaking on the latest episode of his podcast, ‘The Wooooo Nation’, the 16-time world champion confessed that whatever Sting has done for the wrestling business is respectable.
‘The Nature Boy’ further talked about Sting’s mannerisms between the ropes and confessed that he put on a great performance at the age of 62.
Eventually, this main event match on Dynamite surely boosted the ratings and Flair compared this moment with Stone Cold Steve Austin appearing for an episode of Raw.
“He is legitimately what we call an icon. And he’s given so much to business and he actively participated in the match. He looked great. It’s kind of like when they [WWE] bring back [Steve] Austin to Raw, they’re gonna get the number because of who the main event guy is.”
