MJF vs CM Punk is a dream matchup for AEW

Ever since the 43-year-old wrestler arrived in the promotion, he has been targeting young up-and-comers. From feuding with Darby Allin in his debut to battling Daniel Garcia, Powerhouse Hobb, and now standing up to MJF. One thing is assured that Punk means business and he will go after every major wrestler there is.

AEW’s dynamic roster provides countless possibilities; it’s teeming with raw talent and limitless potential. So far, MJF has showcased tremendous promo skill and his mic work is off the charts. Meanwhile, CM Punk is also well known for having the biggest mouth, who can outwit anyone in the ring and on the microphone.

The crowd erupted with the chants of ‘CM Punk‘ as the veteran entered the ring and, without ever saying a single word, he managed to decimate MJF. Not every pipe bomb needs to be loud and gnarly, as sometimes silence can be devastating as well. MJF offered to shake Punk’s head, but the veteran refused and stood there silently, before walking off without saying a word.
