Big Money Mart Hardy’s plan to leave Orange Cassidy disgraced backfired on tonight’s AEW Rampage. The 37-year-old wrestler managed to put on an incredible performance, which saw him walk away with a win. However, nothing can ever be so straightforward with Hardy Family Office being involved.

Matt Hardy showed up on tonight’s rampage with the Butcher, The Blade, Angelico, Private Party, Jora Jhol, and The Bunny in tow. However, they were denied entry into the ring, as the Dark Order, Kris Statlander, Chuck Taylor, and Wheeler YUTA came to Cassidy’s defense. This enabled Orange Cassidy to deliver the Orange Punch, which led to a pinfall victory.

Matt Hardy had no other choice but to retreat with his team HFO (Hardy Family Office), as the odds were not in his favor. Finally, after weeks of humiliation and one particular fan losing his hair, it was time for Cassidy to exact revenge on the Hard Family Office with clean victory over Jack Evans. Not to forget, this match had an unusual stipulation, which saw the loser being stripped off his hair.

What started as a feud between Matt and Cassidy has now turned into a nightmare for Evans. As the members of Dark Order, Negative one (Brodie Lee’s son), and other wrestlers came together to shave Jack and then followed it up with the most wholesome moment of the night, massive group hug for the Negative One.

What’s next for HFO and Orange Cassidy?

This is not the end of the HFO and Cassidy’s storyline, by any means. Indeed, Cassidy has managed to get the better of Hardy’s schemes, but the Broken One will not rest easy. On the side, he pursuing to bring in a new member to his roster in Fuego Del Sol to bolster his team.

This will bring serve as bad news for Cassidy, as tonight’s victory could soon turn back to bite him in the rear. The promotion has not shared any snippets about the story just yet, as fans eagerly wait for next week’s Dynamite.
