This will not be the first that Anthony Bowens is going to make an AEW appearance. Records revealed that he had made appearances within AEW’s rings back in September and October.
During September he appeared on AEW Dark when he teamed up with Lee Johnson. In the subsequent month, he teamed up with Max Caster to battle The Best Friends – Chuckie T and Trent.
Max Caster appeared on AEW in June, where he teamed up with Luther and Serpentico. Furthermore, he battled Shawn Spears in a singles match. Now, The Acclaimed’s first match as a Tag Team as AEW roster members will be on AEW Dark against Aaron Solow and Angel Fashion.
WWE approached Anthony Bowens before AEW
Anthony Bowens started wrestling back in 2013. He worked for promotions such as Defy Wrestling, Limitless, and CZW.
There was a point back prior to the 2019 WWE feature when the company had shown interest in Bowens. Unfortunately, WWE never got back to him about any details or contract.
The rumor was that WWE would sign Anthony Bowens to its Gold and Black brand – WWE NXT.
Max Caster is more than a wrestler
Max Caster has had ample time in the ring to know what to expect now that he is working with AEW. He made an impression on spectators back in June 2020.

Prior to that, he was making a name for himself as the associate of Curt Hawkins and Pat Buck’s Create-A-Pro Wrestling Academy. Some matches he was in before AEW Dark were with the likes of MJF, Tony Nese, Tommy Dreamer, Anthony Greene and Ace Austin.

Apart from being a talent inside the ring, he has major creative skills outside the ring too. Caster embraces music and almost all the time his entrances are musical performances. He has played a role in creating the musical beats for entrances of other wrestlers. How excited are you to see this team make their official AEW bow?
