This week’s AEW Dynamite: Fight for the Fallen had some wild matches on the card. The show kicked off with an epic 10 man elimination match where we saw The Elite take on Hangman Page and the Dark Order.

The match-up came along with some major spots during the match where wrestlers threw their bodies around to get the pop from the live audience, but there was one botch that made everyone rather concerned for Stu Grayson.

Stu Grayson attempted a top rope springboard move right from the apron towards the outside of the ring. However, he missed the spot and landed uncomfortably on the back of his head.

Stu Grayson of the Dark Order hits his head on the concrete floor

AEW Dynamite: Fight for the Fallen special kicked off with a massive 10-man elimination tag team match and this one had fans fired up. The stakes were high as both, AEW World Championship and AEW World Tag Team Championship opportunities were on the line.

During the match, wrestler Stu Grayson who is known for his high-flying moves made his way to the apron where he had to perform a corkscrew moonsault to the section outside of the ring.

When Stu launched himself into the air, he missed all the wrestlers outside the ring and took a nasty bump as he hit back of his head straight on the concrete floor and laid there in agony.

The bump looked really awful as Grayson immediately grabbed his head and this made the sight even more uncomfortable for the audience. Miraculously, Stu got up and finished the match. He and Gallows got into a brawl outside the ring, which led to their count-out elimination.
