On AEW Dynamite, Kenny Omega and the Good Brothers attacked Pentagon Jr, taking revenge for last week’s attack on them. Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows got the jump on the luchador first while the AEW World Champion sauntered in with Don Callis.

Omega stabbed Pentagon in the eye with the pointy end of his new boots. The events of last week inspired this attack when the Lucha Brothers saved Jon Moxley from a beat down. They even super-kicked the Young Bucks in the face to clear the ring of the Bullet Club completely.

This will be the first time Moxley will team up with Rey Fenix and Pac, and it is a supremely exciting prospect. Moxley has been out of the limelight since losing the AEW World Championship, and this is his opportunity to get back in the picture. A win for the former champion puts him directly in the Number One Contender’s spot for AEW Revolution.

The Good Brothers and Kenny Omega have already taken the wrestling world by storm. By absconding to IMPACT Wrestling, Omega and Don Callis have opened up many avenues for cross-brand invitationals. Just this week, Private Party and Matt Hardy marched into the IMPACT Zone and became the Number One Contenders for the IMPACT Wrestling Tag Team Championships.

It is only a matter of time before a wrestler from the opposite promotion wins a title belonging to the other. Omega pinned Rich Swann in the main event of Hard to Kill, and a Champion vs Champion bout is surely on the cards. Omega as double champion would surely set the tone for the rest of 2021. If 2020 was great for Kenny, 2021 will be the year he explodes.

As for Fenix, Pac and Jon Moxley, they too have their date with destiny at Beach Break. A win for them will cause an automatic title shot, and it is time for Death Triangle to get a big win for their group. This six-man tag team match promises to be a highlight of 2021, and we’re still only in January.
