Cody Rhodes has had an indelible impact on AEW’s trajectory as a growing professional wrestling company. From his magnificent return to the classics he has fought in the TNT Championship open challenges, the audience has enjoyed his exploits.

One of his best contributions to the AEW Universe are his brilliant moves.

Second, we have the Argentinian Backbreaker. In this move, he picks up his opponent on his shoulders and brings him down on his back. It might not be as fatal as the Arm Breaker, but it does enough damage to the stomach and ribs.

Third, the Biel Throw. To execute this maneuver, he holds his opponent’s head and throws him upside down on the ropes.

Fourth, Kick and STO. Cody Rhodes kicks his opponent’s face first and then wraps his arms around their neck, bringing them down to the floor.

Next, the Drop Down Punch. In this move, Rhodes punches and kicks his opponent, rendering him injured and weak. Then, he drops to the floor, lays down, and strikes again.

One of his most famous moves is the Butterfly Lock. He holds his opponent down in a lock and ensures to lock their shoulders. He doesn’t let go until his opponent is shivering with pain and most of the times, they tap out.

Coming to his fatal kick moves, the Drop Kick and the Pump Kick adorn his handsome repertoire. In the first move, he runs up to his opponent and then kicks them right in the chest.

The Pump Kick is a modified version of a normal kick. He slightly pumps one leg before using the other to kick his opponent right in the face. It’s a great move if executed at the right time.
