In the latest episode of AEW Dynamite, Tag Team Appreciation Day was being celebrated and The Young Bucks, The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express, FTR, and Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard showed up.
Arn and Tully showed up with a bit of friction between them, however, and this wound was left out in the open. Everyone was happily going about the business of the day when Tully speaking.

He explained how he was still mad at Arn for an incident that took place a year ago and that things between them were not ok. The two began arguing and eventually threw punches at each other before being separated by the other teams.
However, this drama wasn’t the talking point in the match. When the Rock ’n Roll express wasn’t looking, Dax Harwood from FTR struck Ricky Morton in the head with his knee brace.
What in the world?!

FTR took their targets by surprise
Harwood had supposedly been injured the previous week and hence, the knee brace. It turns out that it was all a long con and he was actually fine. This heel turn caught everyone by surprise.
The two went on to hit Ricky Morton with a Spiked Piledriver in one of the most unbelievable endings to Tag Team Appreciation day.
The moment left everybody jaw dropped. In a post on Twitter, Rick Morton responded to this huge statement made by FTR, as you can see below.
Business was said tonight.@DaxHarwood & @CashWheelerFTR I don’t forget that kind of shit. 🖕🏻

We don’t know what this means but we could see a major tag team rivalry coming up soon. Arn and Tully seem to have some bad blood between themselves and will have to sort that out as well.
For now, we must be focused on what The Rock ’n’ Roll Express’ retaliation will be. They were totally taken shock and awe by FTR and they’re entire coup.
The day the music died.
