CM Punk made his debut for AEW Dynamite tonight and, as always, the crowd just can’t stop chanting his name. Punk made his gigantic return to pro-wrestling last week on AEW Rampage in Chicago.
Punk cut a promo on Dynamite, boasting about the talented roster, and named a few of his favorite wrestlers from AEW’s locker room. However, Punk made a subtle remark of Daniel Bryan on his promo, signaling that he might finally end up in Tony Khan’s company.

CM Punk knows how to get a reaction from a crowd
AEW broadcaster Tony introduces CM Punk to the crowd for a huge pop. Tony asked Punk about what motivated him to get back inside the squared circle, to which he replied its guys like Pillman Jr., Jungle Boy, Penta, Rey, and others, but before those guys, there’s only one — Darby Allin.
He praises Allin’s in-ring work and how he delivers stellar performances even though he is not the biggest or strongest wrestler in the business, but he’s got, heart.
Listening to this, the crowd started chanting, “Yes! Yes! Yes!” which was the catchphrase of Daniel Bryan from his time in WWE. Punk then pauses for few seconds and says, “that’s someone else’s shtick and they just have to be a bit more patient”
This looks like the biggest hint that Daniel Bryan has surely inked a deal with AEW and is ready to make his in-ring return. Last month it was reported that Bryan and Punk have signed a deal with AEW.

Until now, the deal with Bryan looked skeptical, but CM Punk putting a stamp on it really makes things a lot more intriguing.
