The AEW World Tag Team Championships will be on the line tomorrow night at AEW Revolution. The Young Bucks will look to annihilate Chris Jericho and MJF to not just retain their titles but also look to get vengeance for attacking Papa Buck. Will it be possible, though? Let’s find out!

Will Chris Jericho and MJF become new AEW World Tag Team Champions at Revolution?

Chris Jericho and MJF have a lot of things in common. Their pairing as a team brings out the best in each other, and their heel work has been on a completely different level.

The Young Bucks are undoubtedly a mega tag team, but they cannot afford to take ‘Le Champion‘ and ‘Salt of the Earth’ lightly.

Jericho and MJF have surprisingly defied the odds each time to show how good of a tag team they are. They won the #1 contenders Battle Royal at the Beach Break edition of Dynamite to get this title match at Revolution.

According to us, Chris Jericho and MJF will win the AEW World Tag Team Championship this Sunday. Why? Well, there are two reasons. First, to make Jericho an AEW Triple Crown Champion (if he wins the TNT Title in the future). Second, to make new stars at the expense of the MJF and the ‘Demo God.’

All championships except the TNT Championship are on the line at Revolution. We believe the World Title and the Women’s World Title will not change hands.

So, it leaves us with only one title – the AEW World Tag Team Championship. This is the most likely to change hands. After all, if there isn’t a title change on PPV, then it would feel incomplete.

Why Jericho and MJF winning makes long-term sense

The Young Bucks are a world-renowned tag team. They don’t need titles to solidify their legacy, but an unusual pairing like MJF and Jericho does. Another interesting note is how the Tag Team Championship picture moves on from there.

Hear us out. Santana and Ortiz win the Casino Tag Team Battle Royal to become new #1 Contenders. Jericho and MJF become the new champions later in the night. If this happens, the animosity among The Inner Circle will increase.

Santana & Ortiz have been kind of overlooked since their debuts, but now can be the perfect time to bring them on the scene. A feud between the two tag teams of the Inner Circle will be an awesome one. It would not only get the titles on Santana and Ortiz but also put them over with casual fans big time.
