AC Milan have confirmed the signing of the 19-year-old central midfielder Jose Mauri from Parma on a free transfer. Mauri, who is eligible to play for both Italy and Argentina, has signed a four-year contract with the San Siro side. The ex-Parma midfielder completed a medical with Milan on Monday.
The Argentina born midfielder was jubilant on his arrival at Milan.

“The moment Milan are going through pushed me to come here. I need to improve, like Milan, and let’s hope we can achieve this together.”
Mauri, who joined Parma from Argentine club Ferro Carril Oeste four years back, made 35 appearances in Serie A for Parma last season and scored two goals during the campaign. His strike in the 1-0 victory over Juventus, back in April, was the highlight of his season.
