“It’s a very big deal to me. I’m excited about helping kids in my town.Also, 1 I’m also excited about my son having a lot of new training partners. I’m very thankful for my wife, Salina, Dr. Marco Sanchez school principal, and the entire Gilroy wrestling community for giving me this opportunity,” said Cormier during an interview.
DC is an excellent businessman as well. He has perfectly set up his career post-retirement.
A former Olympic wrestler, Cormier is often seen spreading knowledge to multiple fighters. Cormier is a legend in the sport.
The former UFC heavyweight champion has cemented his name in UFC’s history by a string of impressive wins.
Cormier has developed a strong fan following after his championship wins as well as the infamous rivalry against Jon Jones.

DC is set to fight for the title in the trilogy bout against Stipe Miocic. There have been rumors of Cormier potentially retiring after the bout.
However, AKA head coach Javier Mendez sparked rumors of a potential bout against Jon Jones. Mendez mentioned that the winner of Cormier and Miocic could potentially fight Jon Jones.
DC will look to reclaim the title against one of the best heavyweights of all time. Cormier will have plenty of options if he wins against Miocic. With a promising analyst career and a well-established coaching career, DC will hope to retire on top.
