Chelsea under Jose Mourinho has progressed a great deal with the boss changing the phase of Chelsea progress. He has great confidence and pride in the blues team but he understands very well that the lot needs strengthening.

Mourinho has been previously linked with the France international and current Real Madrid star Raphael Varane. Currently talking of the transfer market, it is becoming crystal clear that the blues’ squad is under changes. According to the going speculations and talks, it has been confirmed that the much talked transfer is on the verge of happening. Salah and Schuerrle are basically departing from the Chelsea squad to pave the way for Colombian young player, Cuadrado to enter and start the blues career.

Looking back, we have seen that both of the midfielders have failed to impress Mourinho on and off pitch. Schuerrle has not been too classy and impressive with the ball and neither Salah has done too good. The German world cup player has been hauled off the game between the breaks quite frequently. Salah has been on the bench too often than on the pitch. The duo was benched even at the 2-0 loss against Newcastle.

These are clear signals of the heads of the blues team that they are willinng to replace the pair. Mourinho might not be impressed with Schuerrle, but he knows that he has an important value in the transfer market. Salah is chosen to be sent on loan. This will give rise to the good and positive 26.8M deal- Cuadrado to Chelsea. It is heard that ex-Chelsea boss Roberto Di Matteo has shown interest in Schurre but budget was the one that hinders him.

Wishing all the best to Schurrle and Salah for their future and ‘Welcome Cuadrado’ if all goes well.
